A bright and furnished small double room is available in Redcliffe (BS1) as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is in a quiet area near Harbourside, with excellent access to the city. It’s around a 10-minute walk to Bristol city centre, Bristol Temple Meads station, The Centre bus stops, and close to ASDA and other local amenities.

The flat has a spacious balcony, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, plus access to the building’s communal parking.

You will only have to share the flat with me

The available room comes furnished with:

* Small double bed & mattress (with duvets if you need)
* Wardrobe
* Window with natural light and curtains
* Small table

Rent is £710 per month. Bills are typically under £200 per person per month, including broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity and other utilities.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, friendly and easy-going to join the flat. The flat would be ideal for a working professional. I’m usually out at work during the day and only home in the evenings, so it’s generally a quiet and relaxed place to live.
