Double room in 2 bed harbourside flat

Hello! Looking for somebody to take on a room in a 2 bed houseshare as my housemate is moving out. Can be available about 2 months after we've found someone and given notice :)

The flat is centrally located right next to wapping wharf and overlooking the harbourside. Most furniture will be staying, and dishwasher is included. Rent will be going up to £757.50 in September and we currently spend £196 a month across all bills and council tax. Parking space in the garage is included in the rent.

About me - I'm Emily, 25, and working in admin in the environmental sector. I'm pescetarian and work from home 2 or 3 days a week. I love films and most things craftsy/artsy/naturey. Lately I've been dabbling in moth trapping, crochet and curating a list of my favourite albums from each year (please do share any album recs from 1976/7!). I am an introvert so enjoy my own space and downtime but also keen on having a friendly/homely vibe in the flat.
