Double room in Wapping Wharf flat w/ balcony

This room will be available from September 30th. I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving away. I'm a young professional but recently was a masters student, so students are welcome.

The flat is located extremely centrally on Wapping Wharf, 20 minutes walk from Cabot Circus, 20 minutes from the station, 1 minute from the harbourside, 10 minutes to city centre bus stop, and 5 minutes to the big Asda in Bedminster. The area itself is a hub of great food and nice shops, and with the doors closed there is absolutely no noise pollution. The rooms are sizable, and the flat sports a balcony (amazing for the summer) and a large kitchen/living room area. There is a parking spot available downstairs also. Bills are around 95pcm (not including council tax (we are band D, around £135 per person per month)). This is perfect for a student (preferably postgrad but I'm flexible) or young professional. The place is fully furnished except from what would be your room, so you will need a bedframe/desk etc, although there is a large fitted wardrobe and drawers (seen on the right as you walk in) that is attached to the wall and will stay.

The landlord is very friendly and I know him fairly well now, he previously lived here and takes care of any issues that may arise quickly. I've lived here for two years and found the flat to be incredibly convenient - everything is walkable from here, there's a lift if you don't love stairs, the neighbours are friendly, there is never any noise, and the place is very well insulated for the winter and easily cooled with the windows open in the summer.

I would prefer a male flatmate but females are welcome to take a look in case. I am also very much LGBTQ+ friendly.
