Hey! I’m Charlotte, and I’m looking for a lovely new flatmate to share this modern 2-bed flat in Harbourside, Bristol BS1.

The available room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, two hanging cabinets, shelving, storage and two desks. You’d also have your own private bathroom, as my bedroom has an en-suite. The flat also comes with secure gated parking, which is a bit of a dream for central Bristol!

The flat itself is warm, cosy and homely, with an open-plan kitchen/living space and a really calm feel. The building is quiet and well looked after, with a courtyard outlook, and the location is amazing - right by Harbourside/Wapping Wharf, with waterside walks, pubs, cafés, restaurants, the city centre and Bedminster all within easy reach.

It’s a relaxed and flexible home. I occasionally have friends over and they may sometimes stay, and I’m more than happy for you to have people over too. As long as we’re considerate and keep each other in the loop, I’d love for it to feel easy and comfortable for both of us.

Bills are approx. £191 per month, including council tax.
