Hi! I booked this studio for the year, but my plans changed and I ended up studying in London, so it's been sitting empty. It's never been lived in, and I'd really like it to go to someone who'll actually enjoy it.

It's a Premium Studio at Market Quarter Studios (BS1 1BT), about 19 m² on the 3rd floor, with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Bills are all included. The building is studio-only and full of students, so it's quiet at night. It's a 15-minute walk to the University of Bristol, with shops and restaurants close by.

The contract price is £359 a week, but I'm open to negotiating, and you'd only pay from the day you move in. The sublet goes through the agency with an official contract, so the process is simple. The tenancy runs until 27 August 2027.
