Small studio with en-suite & kitchen

I have a nicely decorated and furnished room for rent, it's more like a small studio type flat as it has its own bathroom & small kitchen area as you can see from the pictures I have provided.
Although small it’s surprisingly roomy. I have installed a decent sized shower cubicle and a decent shower (Not electric)
The kitchen is fully kitted out with all the utensils you need to cook with, with its own oven, microwave, fridge & freezer.

I am looking for a professional person between the age of 30 - 50 years old, who same as myself & other room mates would be a naturally clean & tidy person.
Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home and does normal hours ie 9-5 (hours can vary, within reason)
Im sorry but no night shift workers.
The room will suit a person that respects a family type atmosphere keeping it warm and friendly and respecting others privacy. Basically no partygoers!
It’s a LTGB friendly household.
After polite messaging, it’s a phone call interview leading to a viewing.

It is for a room only rental. No garden.
My house is situated in a very quiet part of Henbury.
My house is a very short drive or bus to Southmead Hospital (7 mins in a car) / Air bus (8 mins in a car) / Cribbs Causeway shopping centre (5 Mins in a car) / local shopping amenities (1 min in a car) / 1.7 miles away from junction 17 M5 / MOD is about 3 miles away /Westbury-On-Trym where you will find Banks a few pubs and lots of eateries. And all with bus routes.
If you are into walks and fitness, Blaise castle estate is a 8 minute walk away and Henbury leisure is about a 10 minutes away, The leisure centre also has a swimming pool.

Parking is very easy with plenty of spaces out the front.
There is no space for a push bike inside the house, but you can lock your bike out the front.

Easy going guy, very family orientated, with a great sense of humour. I have a very friendly cat.
Currently living with me is a professional Male and a professional female.

Because of my health reasons I will not except smokers or vapours. Definitely No dugs!! Any form of smoke is highly bad for my health.
