Preference would be someone needing for 5 or less days per week (rent is 25 a day). Short term lets are ideal. Sorry but no shift workers, working from home or couples.
The housemates do not smoke or drink alcohol but are not judgmental if you are a moderate drinker.

Ideal place to relax and enjoy the quiet while being 15 minutes from the centre by car via the Portway. Nearest trainline is Severn Beach to Temple Meads.
Lots of walks/cycling/places to exercise straight from the house: 950 acres of Blaise Castle and Kingsweston as well as fields and woodlands opposite.

Occupants of the house are always self-sufficient, quiet & easy-going who enjoy the space and the gardens. It isn’t a party house!
