The room has a double bed (for single use only) with bedside cabinets, shelving, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and table and chair.

This private home is in a quiet street close to the Downs.
Kerbside parking. Can store a bicycle in a garage.

Local facilities include supermarkets, with a Waitrose, library and a cinema. Pubs, restaurants and gyms are all very close.

Easy access to City Centre with bus routes. Easy access to M4 and M5.

All bills included apart from laundry. Bedding and one clothes wash per week for £50.
Would suit university staff or a consultant.
Not looking for a "working from home" scenario.
