Cosy double on Horfield/Filton border - Mon-Fri

Monday-Friday let only (or Sun-Thurs or fewer days per week)

I have a small double room available to rent in a cosy house off Filton Avenue, between Horfield and Filton. The house is in a lovely quiet area with a little park out the front. It has great links into the city centre, with a regular bus route a 2 minute walk away. It is also a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, and is near lots of north Bristol organisations like MoD, Airbus, UWE etc. It's a 2 bedroom house with a shared living room and kitchen, and there is a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs.

I am looking for ideally a female to rent the room and would like someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful of the space, as well as friendly and easy to live with.

I am looking to rent the room from Monday to Friday, or a similar arrangement. I would be happy to rent the room for example for 3 nights a week instead of 4, so please drop me a message and let me know if you work a different pattern

You would be sharing the space with me - I have a relatively busy life and am often out and about, but I also enjoy a relaxed evening in. It would be great to share with someone who was up for a cuppa every now and then but who also enjoys their independence :) I work in Wellbeing and I enjoy the outdoors, music and a bit of travelling - all the usual things!
