Small double on Horfield/Filton border - Mon-Fri

I have a small double room available to rent Monday to Friday in a cosy house off Filton Avenue, between Horfield and Filton. The house is in a quiet area with a little park out the front. It has great links into the city centre, with a regular bus route a 2 minute walk away. It is also a 20 minute walk to Southmead Hospital, and is near lots of north Bristol organisations like MoD, Airbus, UWE etc. It's a 2 bedroom house with a shared living room and kitchen, and there is a bathroom and an extra toilet downstairs.

The room is available Monday-Friday, but I would be open to fewer nights per week if somebody has a different hybrid working pattern - just contact me to discuss this. Unfortunately it's not an ideal space for someone who needs to work from home.

You would be sharing the house with me - I have a relatively busy life and am often out and about, but I also enjoy a relaxed evening in. I enjoy the outdoors, music and a bit of travelling - all the usual things! I am looking for ideally a female to rent the room and would like someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful of the space, as well as friendly and easy to live with.
