Room available from December 1st due to a current housemate moving in with his partner!

House of 3 working professionals - nice house with garden (a little rough round the edges but lived in well!)

Social household but also respect each others space - often watching sport, out playing padel/golf, having a beer, relaxed & laidback household!

We all work hybrid jobs so there usually someone in the house we also do the occasional house dinner but this is of course optional!

Rent is 412.50 per month with bills it works out roughly £550/560 per month which includes: Gas, Electric, water, WiFi & Council Tax (band b).

We have a nice garden which we use in summer a lot for BBQs / sitting in the sun, we tend to work together to keep in tidy / cut.


The house tends to keep the house clean and tidy and chip in for house needs (washing liquid/bin bags/toilet roll all the fun stuff)
