Double room furnished in beautiful house

Double room in new house, meters away from Horfield Leisure Centre and Southmead Hospital but in a quiet pedestrian road. The first-floor room is furnished with Ikea chest of drawers and double bed. It also has a spacious built-in wardrobe. There is no space to add a desk. The bathroom is on the same floor and shared with only one other housemate, a female. There is an extra toilet in the cloakroom in the ground floor. The second floor has two further double rooms, each with its own ensuite, occupied by two female professionals.
In summary, you would be sharing the house with three more professionals of mixed nationalities.
The house has a beautiful open kitchen/living space with french doors to the garden. A garage can be used for storage or to keep a bike (not for parking a car though).
All bills are included in the rent (broadband, water, electricity, gas, council tax); deposit is 500.
We are looking for a professional or mature student who is friendly, tidy, sociable, and respectful. The room is available only to non-smokers. The house is strictly non-smoking, including front and rear gardens.
