The loft room is a large, bright, and airy retreat offering both comfort and privacy. It comes fully furnished with:

* Wardrobe and chest of drawers
* Private en-suite shower room with toilet
* TV and broadband access

It’s a genuinely lovely space — I lived in it myself for several months and thoroughly enjoyed it.

🔑 Practical Details

I may occasionally need access to the boiler or loft storage (a few times a year for items such as seasonal belongings). This would always be arranged in advance and with full respect for your privacy, causing minimal disruption.
You’ll also have shared access to:

The property is located on Gloucester Road, with plenty of amenities right on your doorstep, including shops, restaurants, and great transport links. There are regular bus routes to the city centre, MOD, Aerospace, and UWE, and Southmead Hospital is just a short walk away

The property is in Council Tax Band C

The room will be available to view from 16th July, with a move-in date of 1st August 2026
