It’s a lovely Victorian property (in a lovely road) and is well looked after by landlord and current tenants.

We're looking for a kind, trustworthy and respectful young professional to join the house. Someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with.

The house would suit someone who is social but also values their own time and personal space. You would be living with 3 females who are in their 20s. You would be sharing a downstairs bathroom with 2 other females.

Not suitable for WFH - Sorry.

Brilliant Location - Horfield off of the famous Gloucester Road.

Walking distance to main supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, and Horfield leisure centre. For those who enjoy walking, it’s around 50 minutes to reach town on foot, or quicker by bike or public transport (With very good links)

Off-street parking is available but it is on a first come first served basis. Other roads nearby for off-street parking.

Easy access to: bars/cafes/restaurants/Football stadium/ local &independent shops on Gloucester Road.

Great links to; City centre, UWE, Rolls Royce, Aztec West, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Southmead Hospital. etc. The bus stop is a few metres away.

There's a nearby train station (Ashley Down Rail Station).
There are other rail stations: Parkway and Temple Meads (a bit further away).
