I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my quiet, cosy home. If you’re someone who enjoys a peaceful environment and appreciates a balance of shared and personal space, this house might suit you. Ideally I’m looking to share with someone who doesn’t work from home as I partly work from home which needs to be confidential.

The house: There are good bus and train links into the city centre, and the house is close proximity to the M32.

The house is walking distance to pubs and cafes in St Werburghs and Gloucester road. There is an Aldi and Lidl nearby. The house is next to Stoke park and Purdown for green space. There is no allocated parking, but there is on street parking available and no permits needed.

All bills included except gas/elec.

There is one shared bathroom, a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A bit about me: I enjoy chilling at home, doing arts and crafts, reading, and spending time in the garden. Outside the house, I like catching up with friends with food/coffee/wine, going to exhibitions, and going gigs.

I’d like to share the home with someone who values creating a calm, clean, homely atmosphere!
