2 minute walk from the vibrant Gloucester Road, 15-20 minutes to Central Bristol or the University of the West of England, with fantastic transport links to Bristol centre, Rolls Royce, Airbus, MOD, Aztec West.

The house is overlooking a patio area and garden with fantastic views of a private field and Bristol.

The room is £470 per month (Council tax is included) Other bills approx. £40 a month.

- One month deposit required in advance.

- min 3 month contract (after 3 months it's monthly)

You'll be living with professionals 2 female, 1 male, working in healthcare, services fields. We on occasions socialise together, food, have barbecues in the large garden. At the same time as we work long hours, also have our private times.

You must be......

Individuals 25+ in age only

Professional or mature student (Please note job as in healthcare, Office job, Rolls Royce, MOD, Airbus, IT, Teacher, etc)

We're looking for a clean and tidy, person who ideally does not work from home more than 1 day a week. (we all work and are out most of the time). Please note, we're very tidy, if you're more casual unfortunately it will not suit you.
Please also note this is NOT available for;

- Anyone not in full time employment
- No Couples
- Anyone with pets
