5 Bedroom House in Horfield.

Hello :)
We are looking for 1 new housemate to call our house their new home, we very much want to find someone looking to build a friendlų and relaxed home relationship and not just somewhere to sleep and eat. We are aged 26-35 so similar ages would be great, The rent is £575 per month with a deposit of one month's rent. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. Plus there is a sink installed in the room.
Bills are not included, but average out to around £150ish per person per month. Council Tax Band C.
The house has a large shared living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and bathroom. There is on-street parking available close by and doesn't require permits.
All the usual appliances, i. e. washing machine, dryer, oven, large freezer, TV, etc. We have a nice back garden with a little raised vegetable bed, BBQ, and seating area. The landlord is relaxed and treats us well. The house is heavily serviced by bus routes to the city center.
We're far enough out to be surrounded by parks and greenery (Stoke Park/Horfield Common), but close enough to the amenities of Gloucester Road. There are lots of little shops and lovely cafes just down the road. There is also a large Tesco, Aldi, and Lidl and two Co-Ops, Eastern European food shops nearby. Also, Horfield Leisure Centre with a big gym and pool is 5 mins walk away, and the Wellington pub is just across the road.
You'd be sharing with 4 other housemates (2 male, and 2 females) as well as a small female dog called Nugget, who is very friendly and fully housetrained.
We are all easy-going, tidy people, and would like to find other people who would fit in well with that.
