Spacious, airy double bedroom near to the hospital

Furnished room available from early December for a single woman in semi-detached house in a quiet street 10 minutes walk from the Brunel building, Southmead Hospital - so would suit someone working at the hospital.
Would also suit post-graduate students.
Ideally I am looking for a mature woman, but will consider someone younger.
Women preferred.
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen, and living room with owner (and her cat - so you must like cats!).
I’m a pescatarian, and would prefer someone who doesn’t cook meat frequently.
Bills and Council tax included (Band D).
No regular working from home.
