There is currently a furnished large double bedroom freeing up in my homely place in Horfield at the end of April.
I am a 25 year old professional originally from Italy looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to share my warm and welcoming house with.
The house has a large kitchen and dining room/lounge area. There is also a spacious south-facing garden with a patio and a garage for bike storage if needed.

The house is at walking distance from Southmead hospital, also close to MOD, Rolls Royce, Airbus, Aztec West.
Great local amenities such as the Horfield Leisure Centre and Gloucester Road which hosts lots of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants.
The house is a short walk to bus stops for connections to the City Centre, North Bristol and several other places. Also 2 miles from Bristol Parkway Station and 1 mile from Filton Abbey Wood Station.
