Everyone in the house is friendly, quiet and will be very welcoming, but we all like to keep things clean and tidy. The room is available for a student or professional. The house is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Gloucester Road where there a loads of shops, pubs and restaurants, a number of bus routes to the centre and further afield, and Ashley Down train station just across the road.  There is a Lidl and a Aldi within 5 minutes and Eastgate shopping centre just a 15 minute walk. Easy access to Purdown Estate for those who love the great outdoors, and 15 minutes walk from Eastville Park.  A great location to access UWE with a local bus that takes you right to the Frenchay Campus and buses directly to the centre for Bristol University.  Recently refurbished bathroom, shower room and kitchen.  There is a lovely big garden for you to enjoy, with a patio and large lawn area.  There is also a summer house with electricity, wifi and a desk space, which is available to use whenever it is free.
