Hiya! We’re looking for a girl to take over a double ensuit bedroom in our house! One of our housemates is moving out mid November so would be available to move in from then.
Rent is £850 with bills included. The deposit is £0 but both the first month and last month’s rent need to be paid up front.
The room comes with the double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe, and a desk and chair.
Our house is super friendly, we often have dinner together and watch TV and chat in the evenings. We also love to go on walks and for drinks/brunch together. We all met through Facebook/Spare room in the last year and have become really good friends since! We’re looking for another housemate who would enjoy a chilled social house like ours!
We’re all professionals, and we have a fortnightly cleaner (for shared spaces). This includes cosy living room, a spacious kitchen, and a downstairs toilet.
