We have a room opening up in our lovely 5-bed house in Horfield (BS7) on Gloucester Road, opposite the Crafty Cow pub.
We are a sociable, friendly group of young professionals (25-26, 1 girl 3 guys) looking for someone who is keen to be part of our group :) We enjoy pub trips, live music, events, cinema, games nights and cooking as a house, but are also busy during the week so appreciate our own space!
It is a great location with bus links into town right by the house and Horfield leisure centre across the road! We are going into our third year in the house so we are keen to look after it and keep it tidy 🌟
Bills come to around £90 per month and the deposit is one months rent + £800 security deposit
