Hi all,

It's time to offer up my room after living in this house for 3 years, it has been a great house but my commute is too long now!

It’s a small but perfectly formed room, with a huge window and plenty of storage (lift-up storage bed, drawers, floor to ceiling rails for clothes). The house also has a good sized kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bathroom and garden.

Finding a good fit for the house is very important. You'll be living with Hannah (35) and Andrea (28). They're both secondary school teachers in challenging schools so it’s important to find someone else who also needs a calm clean home to come home to after work! Female preferred and ideally aged 27+

Bills currently come to £60 in addition to the rent price listed, but please note that the energy price may change going into the winter months.

Great location for anyone working at Southmead, UWE or any of the Filton engineering spaces.

The room will be available from the end of October.
