Double bedroom in a shared house

Looking for a single occupant for a double room in a shared house in Horfield. The room has a double bed, shelving, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Furniture can't be removed.

House description:
The house has a large garden, shared kitchen with dining table, and a shared living room with smart TV. Comes with normal kitchen appliances plus air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, as well as cutlery, crockery and utensils. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath&shower. We have a cleaner come every 2 weeks to clean communal spaces.

The house is very close to Gloucester Road, with easy access to good bus routes to the centre. The on-street parking is free.

What to expect:
There are 4 current occupants, but one occupant is only here for a few days every couple of weeks. One of the occupants is a live-in landlord who is responsive to mending and improving the house, is respectful of everyone's private space, and is mostly out of the house doing their own thing. We also have a cat, Orion, who is wary of new people but will warm up to you if you feed him :) He won't tolerate other cats or dogs, so sorry no other pets!

The bills that are included are: council tax, water rates, TV license.
Additional bills: wifi, gas and electric.
We also all chip in for shared items like toilet paper and washing up liquid.

What we are looking for:
We're looking for someone who doesn't exclusively work from home so the house isn't always full, someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, and someone who is happy to communicate openly to keep the house running smoothly. Occasional overnight visitors are welcome within reason, with advance notice to other occupants.

No students, no couples.
