About the house:

We're a friendly, calm house, and all working professionals. Friends and guests are welcome at the house but there are no parties. You’d be sharing with 3 other people (2 x guys, 1 x girl), all of which have lived at the house for at least over a year now.

The house includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower/bath) and 4 bedrooms. There is also a garden and two parking spaces on the drive, one of which will be available.

We’re a short walk away from several buses, including the 70, 74, 75, 76 and 24, so the location is ideal for commuters.

The landlord is friendly and we have a great relationship with him.
