Double bedroom in Horfield

We have one lovely double room in Horfield available from now. We can be flexible with start dates, but would like someone in for August. We would prefer a female in her 30s if possible.

The house has a nice large kitchen, large windows and ceilings, a dining room, living room and a garden. Within 5 minutes are a Co-Op and Tesco and one of the main bus routes down Gloucester Road. It’s particularly well situated for anyone working at Southmead Hospital. The street is free to park on (no permit necessary).

Who you’ll be living with:
- Hannah who is a secondary school teacher.
- Georgina who is retraining as a vet and working around this.

Both of us are easy going and appreciate having a friendly, chilled atmosphere in the house. Keeping the place clean is also important to us.

We’re looking for someone warm and easy-going to share the space with us. We ideally wouldn’t want someone with a fully remote job; up to 3 days at home would be no problem at all.

Our landlord has also requested references and regrettably the house is not suitable for pets.
