Looking For a 4th Housemate

Hi! We’re three friendly professionals looking for a fourth person to join us in our new home on Filton Avenue, just a short walk from Tesco Express and close to local bus routes.

We’ve had our offer accepted and have paid the holding deposit, so we’re currently going through referencing before signing the tenancy agreement. We’re looking for one more housemate to join us before we move in on 4th August.

A bit about us

• Ella (24) – Fine Art graduate, currently working at Morrisons.
• Alex (29) – Computer Science graduate and pizza chef who often brings home free pizza! 🍕
• Oli (32) – Chef and English Literature graduate.

We’re all easy-going, tidy and respectful. We enjoy going to the pub, chilled evenings in, and Alex and Oli both play guitar.

The room

The available room is the smallest bedroom in the house (a single room), so we’ve split the rent to reflect that. The three of us pay more, meaning whoever takes this room pays £400 per month (excluding bills).

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, considerate, tidy and easy to live with. We’d ideally like another girl to keep the balance of the house, but we’re happy to hear from guys too.
