Spacious ensuite attic room available in Horfield

Attic room

A lovely spacious double attic room with ensuite is available to rent in Horfield from the start of September. The room is in a three bed flat, shared with myself (Louise) and my boyfriend Rob.

The layout of the flat:

Top floor (available):
- spacious room with ensuite
- comes furnished with double bed and wardrobe
- storage space outside the room
- washing machine (not in kitchen as shown in photos)

Middle floor:
- Two bedrooms - we are renting both
- Bathroom
- Shared kitchen and living room

The bottom floor of the house is a different flat. We have access to a garden and a small shed suitable for bikes. There is also an off-street parking space. There is a Lidl and an Aldi within easy walking distance and good bus connections to the city.

About us:

We are moving into the flat at the start of September. I’m going to be doing a Masters degree in Sustainable Food Systems at UWE and Rob will be training to be a Geography teacher at UoB. We are both 24 and love sports, nature (expect lots of houseplants :)) and travelling. We have lived together before in a shared house and are both easy going, tidy, sociable and respectful. Both love a wholesome night in or a trip down the pub. We would be happy to share meals sometimes (both vegetarian) and would be nice to be friends not just flat mates!
