This is a bright and breezy, generously proportioned mid-century flat. It's 2nd / top floor in a low rise block, with access to the communal garden, a little balcony and big windows in the living room with great views of the sky and sunsets. Colourful, cheery decor with plenty of houseplants. The spare room is calming grey with gently colour, plenty of clothes hanging space, drawers, shelves and picture ledges for you to personalise during your stay. The property is in Council Tax Band A, and while it may not look fancy from outside, once you're inside it's a little sanctuary. You'll be sharing with a creative professional into sustainability. It's a quiet-ish flat, often with the radio on (BBC 6music of course). I'm sociable and also able to entertain myself. Out at work most days and out exercising and seeing friends / family several evenings a week. Ideally you'll be a gentle soul with a positive attitude and friendly disposition!
