A lovely large double room available in Horfield with a negotiable move-in date from the 6th September.
Due to a relocation due to my work I am unfortunately having to move out of the house and so looking for someone to replace me.
The house is lovely with a good sized kitchen, large living room, nice bathroom and a lovely garden.
The room itself is large and bright and looks out onto the garden and gets lots of sun in the afternoon and evenings and comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
The house is in an excellent location 2 minutes walk from Lidl and Aldi , 5 mins from the local pub and 10mins from Gloucester Road. Ashley Down station is 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop that takes you into the city centre 30 seconds away.
You’ll be sharing with Stuart and Peter both professionals in their early 30s. Both are sociable, clean and easy going.
