Home away from home: warm and respectful

Small double room available in a beautiful and newly renovated, top floor flat. Looking for a professional that requires weekday accommodation.

Private, lockable bedroom (queen size bed), shared kitchen, wet-room and living room, uniquely furnished in a great area near pubs, gym and connections for commuting (just off the Gloucester Road, near the Memorial Ground).

I am after a flatmate that is respectful and got there sh! t together. Preferably organized and keeps things tidy and enjoys a peaceful existence and a laugh. I have a cat and my girlfriend and pet doggy, Einy, which stay here more often than not.

I work as an engineer for Airbus in the day, with a technical background. I enjoy the gym fairly regularly, swimming, running hiking and mountaineering.
