Large double room available in a 2-bedroom, top-floor flat in Horfield (BS7).

The flat has one bathroom with a shower over the bath, and there’s on-street parking available. I’ve already brought a toaster, kettle and air fryer for the kitchen. I’d recommend bringing your own cutlery, plates, and some pots and pans. I may also be able to sort a mattress for the room, but any other furniture would need to be arranged yourself.

A bit about me

I’m a 21-year-old guy working Monday–Friday, 9–5. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the occasional rave, hiking, beach trips and spending evenings playing video games.

My girlfriend comes to visit occasionally, so I’m completely fine with you having a partner who visits too. I’m looking for someone who is easy-going and respectful, and ideally someone who is in a similar stage of life.

Who I’m looking for

Ideally looking for a professional male in their early to mid-20s, although I’m more interested in finding someone who’s a good fit for the flat than being overly strict about it.

I’m ideally looking for someone wanting a 6-month+ tenancy and who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with.
