Very spacious double room for rent, south facing so gets lots of sun. Communal living space/kitchen/garden with deck. Small driveway out front, space enough for a small car. Alternatively it's roadside parking but there is generally a space free.

Two tennants currently, we've been friends for a long time but always welcoming to new faces! Both happy with our own space but equally enjoy hanging out together as a house. Both work weekdays jobs so generally home on the weekend.
