2 Bed Flat – Dog-Loving Flatmate Wanted

My current housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to move into the 2-bed flat by 06/10/26.

The room available is a large double bedroom, with plenty of space for a bed, furniture and even a sofa if you wanted one.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, with the one next to the bedroom being mostly yours to use. I’d only use this bathroom for the shower, so it gives you a good amount of privacy.

There’s a shared living room and open-plan kitchen, as well as a garden. There’s also an outhouse, which is great for extra storage, having some peace and quiet, working on creative hobbies, or even the occasional party!

The flat has a really good balance of having shared spaces to hang out in, while still having plenty of room for your own space.

About me-
I’m easy-going, friendly and pretty sociable. I have a dog (bluebell) 🐶 who loves people, so you’d need to be happy living with a four-legged flatmate too!

I’d ideally like to find someone who’s up for being friendly and doing things together now and then — whether that’s going for walks with the dog, cooking dinner, watching TV or heading out for a drink. But I’m also very much someone who values having my own space, so there’s absolutely no expectation that we have to do everything together!

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
