I’m looking for a lodger to rent my spare room, it is a large double room with plenty of storage and a sunny aspect at the top of Muller Road, BS7.
All utilities, laundry facilities and WiFi are included.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, large family bathroom, additional downstairs toilet, lounge/dinning room and there is also a reasonable sized garden all of which you are welcome to use whenever you want.
We are a friendly household, who respect each other‘s privacy and property, occasionally doing things together. We have a rota for cleaning duties and the house is generally well-maintained.
The household currently consists of two professional females in their 20’s and myself, though I am frequently away travelling.
Ideally, we are looking for a friendly professional female who wants to feel like they have a home not just somewhere to stay.
