Spacious room in cozy house

I am moving out of Bristol at the end of October, therefore this lovely, spacious, warm double bedroom will be available on November 1st. The house has been renovated only 3 years ago and is in great condition. It is warm, spacious and there is a small spare room with a dehumidifier that we use for storage and for drying laundry. There is a fully furnished downstairs living area with a sofa and a small dining table, and the kitchen is modern, spacious and fully functional.

Bills come to approx £160 on top of the rent. This includes council tax, electricity, gas, water and wifi.

Who you would be living with:

James, 44, English: works in higher education, enjoys music, radio, reading, running, gym, real ale and LEGO (among many things!).

Diana, 31, Spanish: works in education, enjoys arts and crafts, nature and cooking!
