**Spacious double room available for a Monday–Friday let in a friendly, quiet house in Horfield, Bristol.**

The room is bright and spacious, with a double bed, large built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, so there's plenty of storage space.

**The house includes:**

- Comfortable separate living room
- Garden with lawn and patio
- Modern bathroom, shared with just me
- Washing machine, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances

**Location and transport**

The house is in Horfield, with good transport links around Bristol, including regular bus services and easy access to Filton Abbey Wood and Bristol Parkway stations.

On-street parking is available, plus off-street parking by the garage at the rear of the property.

**Monday–Friday arrangement**

This is ideally suited to a professional who works in Bristol during the week and returns home at weekends.

I'm flexible about whether you arrive on Sunday evening or Monday morning.

Although this is a Monday–Friday let, the room won't be used by anyone else over the weekend so you're welcome to leave all your belongings in the room.

**A little about the household**

You'll be sharing the house with just me, a live-in landlord and working professional. I mostly work from home, although I travel to London for work every few weeks, usually staying there for a couple of nights.

It's a relaxed, friendly and tidy home. I'm easy-going and always happy to have a chat, but also respectful of people's privacy and personal space. I'd like whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home here.

As there will only be two of us sharing, it's ideal for someone looking for a peaceful place to stay during the working week, with plenty of space to relax.
