Double ensuite room on the front of the 2nd floor in a 4-bed, 3-storey townhouse in Horfield. The room comes unfurnished apart from a built-in wardrobe, so bring your own bed and furniture. The photos show the previous tenant's things, mainly to give a sense of the room's size.

Rent is £437 a month, plus bills of about £114 a month each (council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband). Council tax band C. Deposit £426.50, protected in a government-approved scheme.

The current tenant moves out on 24 October and viewings start then. The room is available from 1 November, or sooner once checks are done, so message us to talk timing.

Referencing, credit and right-to-rent checks are done by the landlord, with no fees to you. You'll need to show you can comfortably afford the rent and bills, and we're looking for someone who wants to settle in long term. One person for the room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there's a living room with a TV and a 3-seater sofa, and the house has parking and a garden/patio. It's smoke-free indoors.

You'd be living with three guys in our early to late 30s, a friendly, respectful bunch into everything from tech to yoga. We're not a party house.
