Room for Rent in Horfield

We are three young professionals seeking a new housemate for a double room in Horfield. The house came unfurnished, but the room comes with a bed, desk, and set of drawers.

There is one shared bathroom, shared living room, kitchen, conservatory, and garden (with a barbecue). Bills are not included in the rent, but split evenly monthly.

We have four bedrooms, but one is used as a spare room for storage, as two of us are a couple and share one room. We work in hospitality, so are often at work during weekends and at night. We enjoy cooking and going to the pub, as well as watching films and tv on our days off.
