Room in a 3-bedroom house - Young Professionals

We have a room available in our 3-bedroom house, currently shared by two working young professionals who are on graduate schemes/ placements here in Bristol.

We're looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person to join us living here. Ideally, someone who is also a young professional on a graduate scheme/ placement/ secondment here in Bristol and enjoys a relaxed, clean and welcoming living environment.

The house is in a great location not too far off of Gloucester Road, the nearest bus stop is only an 8-minute walk that can take you either into the centre of Bristol or out up towards Bradley Stoke/ Aztec West in around 30-40 minutes either way.

The house also has all bills included, including council tax, the only amenities that we pay for separately are Wi-Fi and the TV licence which is done on a per room basis. There is no direct parking at the property but the surrounding roads are usually quite spacious and have free slots throughout the day.

A little about the house:
• 3-bedroom house with one room available on the 1st floor at the front of the property.
• All bedrooms come with their own set of keys and lockable doors.
• Shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The house also has a small office room on the front that can be used to WFH where needed.
• The property has a garden and a garden room at the bottom.
• Friendly household with two working professionals already living here.
• A relaxed, sociable atmosphere while respecting everyone's own space.

We're looking for someone who:
• Is clean, tidy and considerate.
• Is respectful of shared spaces.
• Would enjoy living in a friendly professional household and could be up for social events if that is something they’re into.

The bills that are included in the rent are:
• Water
• Gas
• Electric
• Council Tax
