Parking and location:

Parking is on-street. No permits needed.

We are minutes from the vibrant Gloucester Road with its many shops, supermarkets and nightlife.

Good access to the City Centre, Clifton, Aztec West, Filton, MOD, Southmead, BRI etc.

There are excellent transport connections: Gloucester Road and Kellaway Avenue bus stops plus electric bike and scooter stops are nearby - making commuting and/or city centre trips very easy. Walkable to many employers in the City Centre and North Bristol.

Horfield Common, and the Ardagh Centre (with its tennis courts, open space, regular events/market, fab little cafe, and sauna) are a stone's throw away.
