A good sized and large double room has come available. Start date end of March 1st latest. Bills and cleaning included. Lovely views across gardens to Horfield Common

Who lives here:

In total 5 (including you; it will be a mixed household) Young Professionals. Wanting to find similar-minded people.

COMMUNAL KITCHEN, BREAKFAST/DINING ROOM AND LIVING ROOM.

Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, combi microwave. Garden. Wifi. Roll top bath with jungle-downpour shower over. Combi boiler.

The house was done up in 2024 - from an internal perspective new double glazing, carpets, some blinds/ curtains and all bedrooms /communal areas painted. Additional external works.

Horfield Common with its tennis courts, open space and fab little cafe are a stone's throw away.

Parking and getting to work:

Parking is on-street. No permits needed.

Walkable to many employers in the City Centre and North Bristol. Gloucester Road and Kellaway Avenue bus stops are nearby - making commuting even easier. Scooter and electric bike stops nearby.

Good access to the City Centre, Clifton, Aztec West, Filton, MOD, Southmead, BRI etc.

Someone who wants good relationships with their housemates, neighbours and landlord

Professionals (likely in their 20's/30's)
Someone after a "home from home" - and wants to create a relaxed, fun, chilled out atmosphere - and is comfortable keeping a clean and tidy house

Someone who is kind, thoughtful, courteous, sincere and respectful of others

Someone who is sociable, happy, wants to enjoy time with others in the house, yet respects others’ privacy and need for down-time

Someone who wants to engage with the landlord in finding like-minded others to live with
