Lovely sunny double room

I have a room at the house but am rarely there. Double furnished (£700) room available in renovated house share. All bills included including super fast broadband. The house is always toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

This is a quite , peaceful spacious house which would suit a professional respectful person or a mature student.
Shared living area is the kitchen dinning room which has a corner sofa, range cooker , integrated dishwasher and a breakfast bar/dinner table.

Outside there is a large lovely mature garden or new decking for relaxing on.

There are two local bus stops nearby , which take you in various directions and for keen cyclists the Bath/Bristol cycle way is a few minutes away.
