I am in and out the house with work and social activities & looking for someone who is equally as independent and self sufficient. Ideally someone who is not working from home full time either however again can be negotiable . i am looking for someone who is respectful of my home/ space and whilst i
am social i have quite a busy life and work load, so look for down time/ chill time when i am home/ quiet nights .

Free residential parking free on road and near lots of local amenities ( right by fishponds / st George / lodge causeway , Whitehall kingswood ) . Near local cycle paths also and plenty of local amenities parks / shops and pubs.


The room is currently occupied & full and il have to give a months notice to my tenant . They are currently but looking to buy hence want for me to find someone new ! It is of course important I find the right person :)
