Live in landlord: I’m a live in landlord, working professional age 39. I work as a Scientist for the University of Bristol. I will be on and off in the house working hybrid and spending a good portion of the year abroad. I am enjoying outdoor walks and sports. I also appreciate peace, quiet and discreteness so you will not need to worry about noise. This is not a party house, but you’d be welcome to invite friends over from time to time. I also like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am looking for someone with similar values, and someone who will help to look after the place. Currently 2 female and 2 male working professionals in the property (including the landlord).
