Bills are approx £100-£120 each month.

Accessibility wise, the room is up 2 flights of stairs.

There's space for a car on the driveway, and safe bike storage in the garden. It's about a 20 minute bus journey into Bristol and there are good transport links. We're also walking distance to the Kingswood high street which has everything you need.

We have multiple bathrooms, a dishwasher, beautiful suntrap garden, and lots of communal space!

I have a cat, often dog sit and hope to have a dog of my own in the coming year, so an animal lover is a must!!

Open to couples, those on benefits, and students (although you would need to contribute to council tax)
