Double Room available in Kingswood. 3 Months.

Friendly home located in Kingswood just off Syston Way.
A handy location between Bristol and Bath and close to the cycle path.

We are a professional couple with a spare double room available for 3 months. This could possibly be extended an additional 6 months but unable to confirm yet.

We have three small/medium sized rescue pooches, so a dog friendly house mate would be preferred.

The room for rent is next to the bathroom. There's a good sized shared living room with dining table and a good kitchen for keen cooks that also includes a cafe corner which makes it a good space for entertaining friends on occasion.

The garage can be used for storing a bicycle and has a climbing wall if feeling energetic.
