Bedroom 1

Hi,
My name is Josh. I’m looking for two lodgers to live in my house in Kingswood. I moved in a year ago and have been renovating it to a high standard.
I’m ideally looking for people that will become friends instead of just housemates.
The house is located within walking distance of Kingswood and Hanham high street. Downstairs is a large open plan living room/kitchen diner, with a bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is a loft conversion on the top floor, There is a built in wardrobe, and eaves storage.
Bedroom 2 is on the first floor, it has an ensuite with a shower and basin (no toilet), and a built in wardrobe.
There’s also a small office, suitable for remote working, and one parking space at the rear of the property, plus plenty of on-street parking.

A little about me:
I’m currently between work, due to some (rapidly improving) anxiety. I volunteer in Oxfam and go to a few clubs a week. I can be in during the day, but I make sure not to hog the shared living spaces.
My interests include board games, and arts n crafts. Currently I’m making and painting small clay figurines. I also play the piano/keyboard (with headphones).

What im looking for:
I’m looking for lodgers that want to be friends, instead of just housemates. I’d love to cook together and watch a film a couple of times a week, but also have our own separate lives outside of the house. I like to be quiet at nighttime, and this really isn’t a party house, but if you wander in from a night out at 4am I won’t judge.
