We have a lovely double room in Kingswood, available from the 1st December.

£475PCM plus bills (£110-£130)

Situated in a 4 bed property with a garden, and 2 shared allocated parking spaces plus on road parking in an enclosed estate.

Close to high street, co-op, shops and multiple bus stops into city centre (approx 30min journey to the harbour).

We have a lovely homely atmosphere here, often cooking together and spending evenings in the shared living area but also keeping to ourselves and respecting each other’s space! Our interests range from reading, F1, Pilates, walks, gym, baking and we love a crappy rom com evening!

You would be sharing with 3 of us girls. Looking for a likeminded female in a similar age range (24-30), and would love to rent out to someone who will stay for longer than 6 months to keep our lovely dynamic going and join our home 🫶
