Looking for a lodger to move in to our spare large double room 😌

About Us:
• I’m the landlady, I’m 31 and currently teaching in London and an artist in my spare time :) I try to pop back for a weekend once a month if im not exhausted from teaching all week!
I stay in the smallest room in the house when I do come back, or I stay with family (if with family then I’ll occasionally swing by just to say hello and make sure the house is all working properly)
• My current and only lodger works full time (Monday to Friday, 9-5). They love going to the gym, reading, seeing friends or chilling at home.
• We’re looking for another professional with a similar routine, ideally someone who values a clean, peaceful, and cozy home. Someone chilled and easy going.

About the House:
• One downstairs bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
• Spacious kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
• Wooden floorboards throughout.
• Good-sized garden with a shed, as well as a front drive parking space and free on street parking.
• Conveniently located: 15 minute walk to Totterdown and 25 minute walk to Bedminster.
• Close to a bus stop (5min walk) with routes to the city centre and Hengrove.

The Room:
• Half furnished: Includes a double bed, large shelving unit, and two clothes rails (rails can be dismantled if you have your own furniture).
• Bright and airy, overlooking the front garden.

Rent and Bills:
• Rent: £750 per month.
• Bills: (all inclusive).

House Vibe:
• We enjoy quiet weekends and prefer not to host parties or have guests over late at night.
• It’s a social house where we appreciate a good chat over snacks and drinks but also respect privacy and personal space.
As I’m away so often, it would just be my current housemate and yourself in the house, it’s a very peaceful chilled home 😌

Looking For:
• A working professional in their late 20s or 30s.
• No students or couples, sorry.
• Someone tidy, considerate, and aligned with our relaxed, homey atmosphere.
