The room is freshly decorated in calm, neutral tones and comes furnished with a double bed (new mattress and bedding), built-in wardrobe, antique chest of drawers, side table and lamp, rug, and curtains. It’s a peaceful, light space with a large sash window, original fireplace, and stripped floorboards — a cosy place to unwind after a busy day.

About the house:
We live in a warm, welcoming Edwardian home with a huge open-plan kitchen/diner — complete with range cooker, air fryer, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, and dining table for shared meals or coffee chats. There’s also a comfy lounge and a private garden with outdoor seating for summer evenings.

You’d be sharing with two friendly males and one female, professionals and a student who enjoy a relaxed, tidy household. We’re social but respect each other’s space and like the home to feel calm, comfortable and homely.

And then there’s Reina 🐶 — our goofy Golden Retriever who loves company and brings lots of laughter to the house. It would be great if you regarded living with a dog as a bonus.
The house is in a great affluent location within a strong local community. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the Wells Road which has regular buses to the City Centre/Broadmead and links to other areas of the city. It is also close to Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol International Airport and Bristol Bus Station. There is a variety of shops, bars, cafes and local parks to enjoy.

We’re looking for someone aged roughly 23–35, in full-time education, employment or established self-employment, who’ll fit into our easy-going home.
