Cannot accept couples and no overnight staying at the property, There are two bathrooms in the flat therefore the tenant would use the family bathroom. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawer, a double bed and bedside table with lamp. Has access to all amenities in the flat. The person must be clean (keep the room and spare room nice and tidy), respect the general tidiness of the flat such as put thing into the dishwasher after use, no shoes to be used in the flat etc.

I’m a non smoking, quiet working professional. I am friendly but like to keep to myself during my down time. So ideally looking for someone who is clean, polite and considerate to join me.
